Entering a journey

Here I go, about to embark on a new journey.  I am nervous to start and potentially fail at something.  Although I have been doing a lot of research and the Paleo diet seems to be the right choice.  I have struggled with digestion problems, low energy, weight problems and obsession with food. Currently I weigh 148.  I believe that a healthy weight for me should be at 128 although I have not been there in years.  I enjoy working out and am hoping that this new way of eating will improve my workouts as well.  I am still reading the paleo book and will start my journey on Sunday or Monday.  In the meantime, I will get mentally prepared as well as stocking up the fridge and meal planning.
